Condolence From: Frances Russell and Keith Palmater
Condolence: Mrs. Brown was a “salt of the earth” person in my life. Harry and Rachel were like having a second set of parents for the Russell kids on Biamonte Pkwy. So many great memories shared between the Browns and Russells. My husband Keith met her a few times when she visited Ottawa and could feel the sweet, genuine kindness that we all knew and loved from Mrs Brown. We will think of her now and hope that the many wonderful memories you have of her, will help to ease your loss. Our deepest sympathies.
