Life Story for Melanie Mogbahghab (Markovich)

MOGHABGHAB, Melanie (Markovich) - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Melanie on Tuesday, November 28, 2017, at the Millennium Trail Manor, at the age 89. Beloved aunt of Gerhard and Reinhold Wissiak. Dear great aunt of Nina and Marina. Predeceased by her parents and sister Sonja Schlesinger. Melanie immigrated from Austria to Canada in the 1950’s and became a nurse’s aide and then a dental assistant from which she retired at the age of 62. Melanie moved to the Bayliner Apartments in Stoney Creek where she developed many friendships with the residents and their animals which she loved. She will be missed by everyone she met.
Private celebration in honor of Melanie will take place at the Bayliner. Cremation has taken place and her final resting place will be in Graz, Austria. Arrangements in care of the Morse & Son Funeral Home, 5917 Main St., Niagara Falls.
