FOGEL Wanda Josephine- Surrounded by her family at the NHS- St. Catharines Site , passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with kidney failure early Thursday morning February 23, 2017 at the age of 78. Beloved sister to Chester (Rose) Fogel, dear aunt of Matthew (Sheri) Fogel, Julie nee Fogel (Larry) Shale, Michael (Amanda)Fogel, Lisa Fogel, Stephen Pacia, Tom (Cynthia) Pacia, Sister-in-law to Gene Pacia and Irene Dwyer. Predeceased by a brother Edward and a sister Genevieve, also a niece Denise. She will be missed by several great nieces and nephews. A special thank you to the caregivers and nurses. Wanda is at the Morgan Funeral Home, 415 Regent Street, Niagara-on-the-Lake. The family will receive friends on Tuesday February 28, 2017 from 9 a.m. to 10.45 a.m., then to St. Vincent de Paul Church for the Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. Rite of committal will take place in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Diabetes Association, Kidney Foundation and Hospice Niagara.
